AI & digital adoption consultancy
We put a senior consultant on your floor for a single day. We watch how work actually flows, not how the process document says it does, and hand you a prioritised map of exactly where AI and digital tooling will move your numbers. Then, if you want, we build it, run it, and report on it every month.
Who you'll be working with
Our people have built and operated software at global scale, where a slow process costs millions and an outage is on the news. That is the discipline we bring to businesses your size: the same rigour, applied to problems that actually fit in one day.
The problem
Capability stopped being the bottleneck a while ago. Almost every business we walk into already has access to tools that could take real work off their plate. Very few have any of it running in production, tied to a number anyone is accountable for.
Your team has watched the same launch videos as everyone else. The distance between an impressive demo and something that survives contact with your actual workflow, your actual data and your actual staff is enormous, and nobody has time to cross it.
Off-the-shelf AI solves off-the-shelf problems. Your margin isn't leaking in a generic place. It's leaking in the handoff between two specific teams, in a report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday, in a queue nobody measures.
Pilots stall for the same reason gym memberships do. The enthusiasm is real but temporary, and the moment the quarter gets busy the new thing is the first thing dropped. Adoption is an ongoing job, not a project with an end date.
We'll help you join the AI revolution today. Giving your business the edge it needs. Not just to survive, but to thrive in this new age.
How it works
A deliberately unglamorous process. It starts with one person, one day, and a notebook, and it only continues if the first day proves it's worth continuing.
One senior consultant, on your site, for a full working day. We shadow the people doing the work, time the things that feel slow, interview the staff who know where the bodies are buried, and map how a job actually moves through your business from first contact to invoice. No questionnaires, no pre-work for your team.
One day · £1,750Within five working days you get a written opportunity report: every intervention we'd recommend, scored on impact against effort, with the specific metric each one should move and a realistic estimate of what it saves. Sequenced so the cheap, fast wins land first. We present it back in an hour-long session and you keep it, whether or not you ever work with us again.
Five working daysIf you want us to, we implement the top of that list. Working systems inside the tools your team already uses. Not slideware, not a proof of concept that lives on a consultant's laptop. Your first workflow is typically live within thirty days, and we train the people who'll use it every day.
First workflow live in ~30 daysThen it becomes a rhythm. Every month you get a report on what ran, what it saved, which metrics moved and by how much, plus the next set of recommendations. Your consultant keeps the existing workflows healthy as your business changes around them, and we keep finding the next thing worth automating. This is the part most AI projects skip, and it's the part that compounds.
Monthly, ongoingPlans & pricing
No lock-in and no minimum term on the ongoing plans. The Discovery Day stands on its own: you keep the report and act on it however you like.
Every price on this page includes VAT. What you see is what you pay.
Ongoing support
After the discovery day you can choose to move to managed AI adoption, billed monthly. Your consultant keeps what we've built running, reports on what it's contributing, and keeps finding the next thing. It's like having an AI expert supporting your business, focusing on real growth.
No commitment
Most of what your leadership team has heard about AI came from someone selling something. We'll come and give your people a straight account of the industry: what genuinely works today, what's still a demo, what it costs, where it fails, and what it means for your sector specifically.
It's a standalone product. There's no expectation that you buy anything afterwards, and the talk isn't built to make you want to. Plenty of businesses book a briefing, decide they're not ready, and come back a bit later. That's a perfectly good outcome.
Reasonable travel expenses may be added for on-site sessions, agreed with you in advance.

Questions
No, and it's usually better if you aren't. We're looking at how your business runs, not at your tech stack. Some of the highest-value things we find on a Discovery Day have nothing to do with AI at all. They're a form that should be a database, or a handoff that should be automatic. We'll tell you about those too.
Then the report says so, and we don't try to sell you a retainer. It's rare, since most businesses have at least a few hours a week trapped somewhere, but a report that honestly says "your process is already tight, here are two small things" is worth more to you than a padded list of things we'd like to bill for.
You do. The workflows, the configurations, the prompts, the documentation, all yours, built in your accounts wherever possible. If you stop working with us, you keep everything and we'll hand over cleanly. We don't build things that only work while you're paying us.
Our brief is throughput, not headcount. In practice what we find is rarely a whole job. It's the two hours a day your best people spend on work that doesn't need a person. That said, we won't pretend the question never comes up: if a workflow does change what a role looks like, we'll say so plainly in the report rather than letting you discover it later.
We'll sign your NDA before the Discovery Day, or provide ours. Where a workflow needs to send data to a third-party model, that's called out explicitly in the report: which provider, what data, and what the alternatives are, including options that keep everything in your own infrastructure. You decide, with the trade-offs in front of you.
The report lands within five working days of the Discovery Day. If you decide to proceed, the first workflow is typically in production within about thirty days, because we deliberately sequence the fastest, cheapest win first so you get something running before the enthusiasm fades.
Yes. That's exactly what the AI Briefing is for. It's a standalone £990 session with no expectation of anything afterwards, and no follow-up sales call unless you ask for one.
The Discovery Day works for almost any business with enough repeated process to be worth mapping, which in practice means from a handful of staff upwards. If we think you're too small for the economics to stack up yet, we'll say so rather than take the booking. The ongoing tiers are sized by headcount as a rough guide, but what really sets the tier is how many live workflows you end up running.

Tell us roughly what your business does and what feels slow. We'll come back within one working day with a date, or with an honest note explaining why we're not the right fit.
